How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can sign up and start using all of TaskTied's features immediately without entering a credit card. Build estimates, invite clients, and run your projects for two full weeks. If you choose to continue after 14 days, you can enter your billing information to activate your subscription.
Do my clients need to pay anything?
No. TaskTied is completely free for clients, homeowners, and external collaborators. When you invite a client to a project, they get full access to review proposals, message you, view photos, and pay invoices at no cost to them.
How do online payment processing fees work?
TaskTied integrates with Stripe Connect for secure payment processing. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for card payments, and 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH bank transfers). On every estimate, you can choose whether your company covers the processing fee or includes it in the payment flow.
Can I add or remove team members as my workload changes?
Yes. You can invite team members as either Owners or Members. Each additional active seat is just $2.99 per month. If a team member leaves or a seasonal worker finishes, you can remove them at any time and your billing will adjust accordingly.
Are there long-term contracts or cancellation fees?
No. TaskTied is a month-to-month service. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in your account settings with no penalties or hidden fees.
